Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Director to lead a team of Client Managers, Associate Client Managers, and Analysts. You will guide data-driven insights and thought leadership across industries, ensuring on-target KPI delivery and strategic client partnerships.

You will drive the NIQ Service Model and JBPs, coach team members in NIQ tools, and deliver high-impact client presentations with clear recommendations. The role emphasizes bilingual leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, market research.
• Prior experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions preferred in analytics space, including POS/Panel data.
• Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Digital savvy.
• Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating NIQ data sources such as RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra.
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and NIQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Own CS Industry Insights mission for the team through delivery of Thought Leadership.
• Ensure team delivers as per KPIs/success metrics.
• Drive Service Model and JBPs execution strongly.
• Ensure all team members complete the Academy in time and with success, developing probing skills to identify business questions.
• Guide team in utilizing data for impactful presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Manage team to align with project scoping, prioritization, and JBPs.
• Demonstrate probing skills to identify key business questions for clients.
• Lead generation: identify and convert opportunities to incremental sales through relationships.
• Client briefing: ensure thorough client briefings and quality inputs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure delivery.
• Drive customer satisfaction with best-in-class analyses.
