Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group in Madison, Wisconsin seeks an Associate Broker – Small Business Unit to support retention and growth of the Small Business Unit. The role works with insurance agents nationwide to deliver service, maintain client relationships, and provide technical expertise in environmental insurance.

Key duties include policy reviews, payment arrangements, and collaboration with carriers and clients to drive new business opportunities and renewals. Licensing and compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of successful commercial property & casualty insurance experience.
• Active state insurance license.
• Proficient with EPIC, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients and deliver exceptional service with national agents.
• Explain policy coverage, advantages, and options clearly.
• Lead and support the service team to meet production goals.
• Maintain records in the management system.
• Assist with premium collection and payment arrangements.
• Review policies and quotes for accuracy.
• Manage retention using company systems.
• Provide backup support for teammates.
• Be available remotely during non-scheduled hours.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
