Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Associate Broker – Small Business Unit (SBU) to join our growing team in Madison, Wisconsin. The Associate Broker - SBU is responsible for supporting the retention and growth of the company’s Small Business Unit (SBU). This role works closely with insurance agents nationwide to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and provide technical expertise in environmental insurance. The Associate Broker serves as a key liaison between carriers, clients, agents, and other business partners to facilitate new business opportunities, renewals, and ongoing account service. This role does not typically require the use of a personal or rental vehicle for business purposes.
