Frontline Source Group is seeking an Associate Attorney for a fully remote, direct-hire role focused on wage-and-hour and class action litigation in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Colorado-licensed attorneys with plaintiff-side experience are preferred, but defense experience translating to wage-hour class action work will be considered.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado bar license required.
• 1–3 years civil litigation experience.
• Wage/hour, class action or representative action experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research on wage and hour, employment and class action matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in all phases of state and federal litigation.
• Assist with and conduct discovery; prepare for depositions and court hearings.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys and support teams.
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines and priorities; support cases through discovery, mediation and settlements.
