BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Plaintiff Employment Law practice remotely from Colorado. The role emphasizes handling plaintiff-side employment matters with a focus on research, writing, and client service.

You will represent employees, develop case strategies, and manage cases from intake through resolution, including depositions and hearings. A J.D. and active Colorado Bar are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Colorado Bar license is required.
• Experience in plaintiff employment law is preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
