Job summary

gpac is assisting a boutique plaintiff-side employment firm in Los Angeles and Orange County to hire an Associate Attorney. This is a fully remote role for attorneys based in Los Angeles or Orange County, with court appearances required and the ability to set your own schedule.

You will manage a caseload of roughly 20 to 35 FEHA matters, with significant responsibility and lucrative bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of litigation experience, FEHA experience, second-chair

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of litigation experience, ideally on the plaintiff side.
• Experience handling FEHA matters.
• Second-chair trial experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Extensive motion practice experience.
• Able to run your own caseload with autonomy.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of roughly 20 to 35 FEHA matters.
• Appear in court when required, while maintaining flexible scheduling.
• Take on significant responsibility in a lean team environment.
• Grow professionally in an autonomous boutique setting.
