Job summary

gpac is assisting a boutique plaintiff-side employment firm in Los Angeles and Orange County to hire an Associate Attorney. This is a fully remote role for attorneys based in Los Angeles or Orange County, with court appearances required and the ability to set your own schedule.

• Second-chair trial experience.

• Able to run your own caseload with autonomy.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Job description

A boutique plaintiff-side employment firm in LA and Orange County is looking for an Associate Attorney to join the team. The firm focuses exclusively on single-plaintiff FEHA cases, and you'll manage a caseload of roughly 20 to 35 matters.

This is a fully remote role for attorneys based in Los Angeles or Orange County. You'll need to be available for court appearances, but otherwise you can set your own schedule. With a lean team, you'll get significant responsibility and very lucrative bonus opportunities.

Requirements
