gpac is seeking an Associate Attorney for a fully remote role open to attorneys based in Los Angeles or Orange County. You will manage a caseload of 20 to 35 FEHA matters and be available for court appearances while setting your own schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of litigation experience, ideally on the plaintiff side.
• Experience handling FEHA matters.
• Second-chair trial experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Extensive motion practice experience.
• Comfortable running your own caseload.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of roughly 20 to 35 matters.
• Appear in court appearances as needed.
• Work autonomously with significant responsibility.
