Tyson & Mendes LLP in Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1+ year of insurance defense experience to join our growing Philadelphia team. This remote opportunity rewards ownership of cases, substantive litigation, and direct client interaction.

You'll handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation, with support from experienced leadership. A PA bar license is required and dual PA/NJ admission is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent insurance defense experience.
• Active Pennsylvania bar license.
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey dual admission preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
