Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license; New Jersey Bar preferred.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload through discovery and trial.
• Experience with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies to drive results.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across experience levels.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and carriers.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth.
• Manage discovery and supervise depositions.
• Prepare matters for trial and coordinate with experts.
