Tyson & Mendes LLP is seeking an experienced litigator to join our national insurance defense team in a role emphasizing trial work and client service. You will develop case strategies, manage end-to-end litigation from discovery through trial, and mentor junior attorneys within a collaborative, high-performing group.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in Texas.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial.
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
