YO IT Consulting seeks a Corporate Attorney for a remote contract role. The attorney will review and annotate complex legal documents in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets, and provide written analysis on strategy and outcomes.

This position requires JD from an accredited US law school, active bar admission, and recent experience at a leading US law firm with expertise in corporate transactions and commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• JD from a US law school with active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills with precise, nuanced work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school; active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Recent experience as a Corporate Attorney with a leading US law firm, preferably ranked in the AmLaw 100.
• Demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, analysis, and drafting skills with a proven track record of delivering precise, nuanced work.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex legal information to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
• Previous experience contributing to projects involving legal tech, document review, or rubric-based evaluation is a plus.
