Safeguard Law Group, PLLC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our consumer protection practice from a home-based role in Michigan, with occasional travel for court appearances. The successful candidate drafts pleadings and legal memoranda, handles a heavy workload, and communicates with our main office in New York by email and Teams.

Candidates must be admitted to the Michigan bar, have at least one year of law firm experience, and possess strong organization, writing, and research

Responsibilities

• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer-law topics.
• Travel to in-court appearances as required.
