Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal practice handling tort defense matters.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• California bar in good standing and active license.
• Strong legal research and writing skills; writing sample required.
• Experience drafting substantive motions (summary judgment, demurrers, motions to strike).
