The attorney will provide comprehensive representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters, working with experienced attorneys and a dedicated operations team under a managing attorney.

Candidates must be licensed in Ohio with 2–5+ years of experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed Ohio attorney with strong written and oral advocacy.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision.
• Excellent client-facing and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person or virtually and coordinate with support staff.
• Provide legal oversight and deliver client-focused services in a high-volume practice.
