Job summary

The candidate must be licensed in Ohio, with 5+ years of experience, and preferably with foreclosure, bankruptcy, or collections exposure. JD required; strong writing and analytical abilities are essential for success in a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Ohio; other states a plus.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with foreclosure/bankruptcy/collections preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
