The role focuses on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related litigation, collaborating with experienced attorneys and a skilled support team in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio license, has 2–5+ years of experience, and demonstrates strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license to practice law
• 2–5+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related litigation
• Strong legal writing and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
