BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney in Cleveland, OH to provide legal representation and advice focused on creditors' rights and related matters. You will contribute to strong recoveries and uphold high client-service standards.

The role requires JD, active licensure, and experience in litigation and legal research, with proficiency in drafting pleadings and briefs, and staying current on laws affecting creditors' rights.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation and legal research.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advise clients on various legal issues related to creditors' rights and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies for complex cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting creditors' rights.
• Other duties as assigned.
