Job summary

Xometry, a global on-demand manufacturing marketplace, is expanding its Client Services team in the United States to support our most strategic industrial clients. As an Associate Account Manager, you will partner with clients to understand objectives and design digital strategies that drive tangible ROI.

You will lead cross-functional campaigns, manage client goals, and present insights from data analytics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a digital marketing role, agency preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEA, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, WordPress and/or HubSpot.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of industrial clients.
• Plan, collect, and document client goals for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and drive ROI.
• Lead client calls to review KPIs and program progress.
• Consult with and educate clients on digital marketing best practices.
