You will drive user acquisition, attribution and nurturing while partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and deep client partnerships. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in growth marketing or digital strategy, 2+ years in client-facing roles, and a strong command of analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing or digital strategy.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role or agency experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing practices and analytics tools.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients and build trusted partnerships.
• Develop, present, and implement holistic growth strategies covering user acquisition, conversion and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run multi-channel campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Define lead scoring attributes and identify opportunities for clients to capitalize on.
• Lead weekly/biweekly calls to review KPIs, updates, and progress.
• Use data analytics to uncover insights and optimize campaigns continuously.
• Address client questions with strategic and tactical solutions; partner with Sales.
• Travel to meet clients in person to deepen understanding of their business.
