Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead growth for mid-market clients, developing full funnel strategies with emphasis on user acquisition, attribution and nurturing. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and drive multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll define lead scoring, review KPIs in regular client calls, and use analytics to optimize campaigns for ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing or digital strategy
• 2+ years in a client-facing role or agency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing practices (organic, paid, social, email, ABM) and analytics tools
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients
• Develop and present holistic growth strategies covering user acquisition, conversion and revenue growth
• Lead multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams to drive ROI
• Define lead scoring attributes and identify upsell opportunities
• Lead weekly/biweekly client calls to review KPIs and progress
• Analyze data to extract insights and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales to offer integrated services
• Travel to meet clients and strengthen partnerships
