Job summary

Deckers Brands, home of HOKA, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for US HOKA Lifestyle to support the Sales team and manage day-to-day operations in a remote-capable role.

You’ll assist the Lead Strategic Account Executive with Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs accounts, coordinate events, forecasts, and campaigns while building strong internal and external partnerships. This role suits a proactive learner eager to grow in sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals for accounts.
• Coordinate and attend industry events, quarterly sales meetings, and account meetings.
• Support seasonal forecasting and sales planning.
• Collaborate with internal marketing counterparts to assist in marketing campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues.
• Travel as required to attend team meetings and events.
• Plan logistics for sell-ins and quarterly business reviews.
