Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA Lifestyle team seeks an Associate Account Executive for the US market. This remote role supports the sales team, coordinates with Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs, and builds strong retail partnerships.

You’ll learn quickly, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel as needed to meet business goals. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, relationship-building, and growth within the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals for accounts.
• Assist in coordinating and attending industry events, quarterly sales meetings, and account meetings.
• Support seasonal forecasting and sales planning.
• Collaborate with internal marketing counterparts to assist in marketing campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Travel as required to attend team meetings, marketing meetings, line reviews, and other business-related activities.
• Plan logistics for sell-ins, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
