Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health, human service, or educational field with relevant experience.
- Master's degree in social work or equivalent combination with surveying experience.
- Experience applying regulatory standards in long-term care or human-services settings.
- Experience conducting on-site inspections and documenting regulatory determinations.
- Strong written and verbal communication for reports and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of licensed adult care homes and respite programs.
- Evaluate facility operations, resident care, and environment for compliance.
- Analyze survey findings and prepare legally defensible reports.
- Provide technical assistance to providers and county DSS staff.
- Coordinate travel and fieldwork across the Eastern Region.
