Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Two years of relevant professional-level work experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support one of USAC’s core programs by identifying process improvements and efficiencies, analyzing program eligibility requests, requests for services, funding requests, and invoices and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to determine needs, establish priorities and coordinate efforts related to the program.
• Assist in identifying and implementation of continuous process improvement.
• Prepare communications to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and ensure successful resolution of open issues and escalate them to management as needed.
• Review outgoing communications and maintain checklists.
