Job summary

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on evaluating, monitoring, and improving programs, policies, or systems to maximize efficiency and achieve performance goals.

You will analyze data, manage budgets, draft reports, and provide recommendations to management, with emphasis on compliance and process improvement in a federal/state/private sector context.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of Federal, state, or private sector work experience focused on policy, administration, program management, and/or compliance.
• Security: U.S. citizenship. Active (or the ability to obtain and maintain a) Top Secret security clearance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field.

This position, Program Analyst, evaluates, monitors, and improves organizational programs, policies, or systems to maximize efficiency and achieve performance goals. They analyze data, manage budgets, draft reports, and provide recommendations to management. This role frequently involves assessing compliance, streamlining workflows, and implementing new processes. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
