Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking an Assistant Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the daily servicing of commercial and consumer loan portfolios within the Loan Operations team. The role emphasizes operational excellence and regulatory compliance while delivering scalable improvements.

You will lead servicing staff, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate processing, timely resolution of issues, and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of loan servicing experience.
• Commercial loan experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day loan servicing activities and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Monitor workflows, deadlines, maturities, delinquencies and exceptions; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Oversee escrow administration and proper tracking of collateral and insurance.
• Perform periodic quality control reviews and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training, coaching and onboarding support to team members; assist with workload distribution and cross-training.
• Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements and support system upgrades.
