In this role, you will administer training, prepare for inspections, coordinate visits, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant operations across the company.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Experience with industrial security environments.
• Ability to manage multiple records and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with government security systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Security Officer in administering the National Industrial Security Program.
• Manage day-to-day personnel security clearance processing for employees and contractors.
• Submit and track investigations, reinvestigations, and access determinations.
• Maintain personnel security files and training records.
• Coordinate visits and required security documentation.
• Prepare for government inspections and audits.
