Job summary

ICEYE US seeks an Assistant Facility Security Officer to support the industrial security program for classified programs and facilities. You will act under the Facility Security Officer, helping administer personnel security, security education, and compliance with NISPOM and related requirements.

The role involves coordinating with government customers, performing security briefings, and maintaining security records across locations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 3+ years of industrial security or related experience.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD/IC security requirements.
• Experience with government security systems such as DISS/NBIS/NISS.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FSO with implementing and maintaining the NISPOM-compliant security program and records.
• Support government reviews, self-inspections, and reporting through government systems.
• Administer personnel security actions using DISS/NBIS/NISS, including clearances and visits.
• Verify eligibility and access before granting classified information.
• Conduct or coordinate required security briefings and trainings.
• Support physical security for classified facilities and SCIFs.
• Assist with DD Form 254 administration and FOCI activities.
• Coordinate with government customers and contractors on security matters.
