Job summary

Default (All-EOS Job Aggregator) is seeking an Area Director of Finance to oversee finance operations and reporting across multiple properties in a remote environment. You will partner with Finance, Operations, property leadership, and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with company standards.

This role leads a multi-property accounting team, manages month-end close, supports budgeting and forecasting, strengthens internal controls, and drives process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; multi-property accounting experience preferred.
• Relevant accounting and finance experience, including month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience leading a remote accounting team across multiple properties.
• Knowledge of USALI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance team, including Accounting Managers and Staff Accountants.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close across properties with reconciliations and reporting deadlines.
• Review financial statements and variances, investigating unusual transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across properties.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness; collaborate with operations and corporate Finance.
