Job summary

Talentify is seeking a senior finance professional to assist the Area Director of Finance in overseeing operations and financial reporting across multiple properties in a remote environment.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, property leadership and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with company standards, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Finance team across properties.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting deadlines.
• Review financial statements, variances, and investigate issues with Finance and property teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (P&L, variance analysis).
• Assist with cash controls, internal audits, and monthly reporting.
