Job summary

Globe Life is seeking an Assistant Director, Key Accounts (Remote) to support assigned key accounts, drive production, and enhance onboarding and activation processes for new agents. You will partner with recruiting teams and internal stakeholders to resolve portal and systems issues impacting sales and reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes coaching, webinars, and live seminars to improve agent readiness and production, with travel for in-person training as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver training and coaching (webinars, group sessions, or one-on-one).
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and communicating performance results to leaders and stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of the insurance sales and agent lifecycle (recruiting, appointment, onboarding, activation).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned key accounts by responding to production, recruiting and service requests and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain and communicate key performance metrics by updating tracking tools and providing reports upon request.
• Partner with recruiting teams to transition agents into early production and monitor activation progress.
• Facilitate agent onboarding by guiding registration for agent portals and troubleshooting access issues.
• Coach agents on sales and production fundamentals through training and follow-up.
