SEH is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Finance/Accounting team and lead accounting operations, support audits, and partner with leadership on financial strategy.

This remote role offers exposure to executive decision making and growth opportunities, with base compensation ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, reflecting skill and experience, within a diverse, employee-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA certification (Active or Inactive).
• Experience as Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller.
• Experience with annual financial statement audits.
• Broad end-to-end accounting operations: AP, AR, treasury, audits, close, reporting, contracts.
• Proven ability to manage and develop accounting teams.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel; Dynamics 365 experience.
• 15–20 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting operations and close processes.
• Advising leadership on accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits and controls.
• Manage treasury activities: daily cash, forecasting, bank relationships, covenants.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
