Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, combining public accounting and public company environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 compliance.
• Experience leading remote accounting professionals and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct month-, quarter-, and year-end close routines to GAAP-compliant statements.
• Oversee journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and schedules across units.
