You will help build the Level 1 / Version 1 O&M Playbook and SOPs while partnering with the O&M team to map workflows and standardize processes. The internship emphasizes documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across Asset Operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to gather, organize, and document information from multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the development and documentation of Level 1 / Version 1 O&M Playbook.
• Collaborate with O&M team members to document operational processes.
• Create, update, and maintain process flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
• Facilitate review, revision, and validation of process documentation for accuracy.
• Assist in drafting and formatting SOPs and related documentation.
• Organise and maintain process documentation libraries and version control.
• Identify opportunities to improve process clarity and efficiency.
