Overview:
The Asset Operations Intern will support the development of foundational operational documentation and process standardization across the Asset Operations organization. In this role, you will partner with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team members to document workflows, create Visio process maps, and help develop the initial Level 1 / Version 1 O&M Playbook and supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your work will contribute to improved consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across operational functions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to the full Asset Operations organization, including O&M, Asset Management, Performance, Remote Operations, and NERC compliance activities, while helping build resources that support long‑term operational excellence.
