• Basic proficiency with common digital productivity tools and remote collaboration practices.
• A willingness to learn quickly and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support internal teams and ongoing initiatives
• Help organize and maintain records, documentation, and basic workflow materials
• Monitor task status and support coordination by tracking assignments and updates
• Contribute to improving operational processes by identifying opportunities to streamline and clarify work
• Provide timely support to team members by responding to requests and escalating issues when needed
