Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years in corporate, commercial, or industrial property management and operations with a CRE company or landlord entity.
• Experience executing real estate actions to maintain lease compliance (maintenance, surrender, restoration).
• Experience with AI tools and automation to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or scale institutional knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of 90-120 leased and owned operations locations across the full asset lifecycle, with assets located in the southern United States.
• Drive lease compliance by implementing Amazon and industry best practices across sites.
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships; serve as Amazon's primary point of contact.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to solve complex real estate challenges.
• Protect and optimize Amazon's interests by combining real estate expertise with problem-solving.
