Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience executing real estate actions to maintain lease compliance.
• Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel.
• 5+ years in corporate/commercial/industrial property management.
• AI tools usage to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of 90–120 leased and owned locations.
• Drive lease compliance across sites with best practices.
• Serve as primary contact with landlords and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
