Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Asset Manager with Portfolio Management to own the real estate lifecycle for 90–120 fulfillment, sortation, and delivery facilities across the North America region. The role is fully remote, with travel up to 25% for inspections and meetings with landlords and stakeholders.

You will drive lease compliance, manage landlord relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to solve complex real estate challenges while protecting Amazon's interests across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate, commercial and/or industrial property management experience.
• Experience with lease management, maintenance obligations, surrender and restoration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of 90–120 leased and owned sites across the asset lifecycle.
• Drive lease compliance by implementing best practices across sites.
• Build and maintain landlord relationships — primary point of contact.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to solve real estate challenges.
• Protect and optimize Amazon's interests across sites.
