Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Asset Manager with Portfolio Management to own the real estate lifecycle for 90–120 fulfillment, sortation, and delivery facilities across North America. The role offers autonomy, direct landlord interaction, and a focus on lease compliance and portfolio optimization.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, travel up to 25% within your region for inspections, and drive improvements that protect Amazon's interests across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience executing real estate actions in commercial leases to maintain compliance (maintenance/repair, surrender, restoration).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of 90–120 leased and owned operations locations across the full asset lifecycle.
• Drive lease compliance using Amazon and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships as primary contact for sites.
• Collaborate across internal/external stakeholders to resolve complex real estate challenges.
• Protect and optimize Amazon's interests through real estate expertise and problem-solving.
