Job summary

The Community Preservation Corporation is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a diversified multifamily loan portfolio, ensuring investor and CPC compliance while focusing on risk assessment and timely servicing. The role develops expertise in Agency servicing and asset management practices under senior guidance.

The position emphasizes day-to-day portfolio management, borrower engagement, and collaboration with Servicing, Legal, and Origination teams to maintain credit quality and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily asset management or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of multifamily programs and servicing requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 110+ SBL, Conventional, and Affordable Agency loans.
• Monitor loan, property, and borrower performance for risks and compliance.
• Review financial statements, rent rolls, budgets, and reporting to assess asset performance.
• Prepare monthly watchlist comments, risk assessments, and asset summaries.
