The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) seeks an Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of Small Balance, Conventional, and Affordable multifamily loans. You will monitor performance, analyze financial data, and coordinate servicing actions to ensure credit quality and investor compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Multifamily assets preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of 110+ SBL, Conventional, and Affordable Agency loans.
• Review borrower reporting to evaluate asset performance and identify risks.
• Prepare monthly watchlist comments and risk assessments.
• Coordinate servicing actions per Investor guidelines and loan terms.
• Monitor collateral condition via inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Analyze delinquency trends and maturities for proactive management.
• Support borrower consent requests and documentation.
• Ensure accurate data in servicing systems and records.
