Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a National Asset Specialist to manage remote pump operations, from pickups to reporting, across sites. You will coordinate with clinical and warehouse teams and external vendors to ensure accurate pump management and billing.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in asset management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and Word. Travel up to 10% is required; confidentiality and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage pump pickups and document all attempts.
• Track and report lost pumps and related billing.
• Monitor One Track for pump assigning issues and therapy end dates.
• Provide guidance to sites to improve pump management performance.
• Report weekly on pump scans and biweekly accessory scans.
• Coordinate with vendor (McKesson) on OneTrack issues.
• Participate in periodic pump management calls with cameras on.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
