Option Care is seeking a National Asset Specialist to manage remote pump operations across assigned sites. Responsibilities include outreach to patients, documenting pickup attempts, and ensuring accurate pump billing.

You will monitor OneTrack, resolve pump assignment issues, and suggest process improvements to sites. Qualifications include a High School diploma with at least 1 year in asset management, strong multitasking and communication skills, and basic MS Excel/Word proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year related asset management experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email; able to document actions clearly.

• Remotely manage pump pickups and document all attempts.
• Track and report lost pumps and related patient billing.
• Monitor OneTrack for pump assignment issues and therapy end dates.
• Provide guidance to sites to improve pump management performance.
• Participate in pump management calls and ad-hoc training sessions.
