Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a National Asset Specialist to remotely manage pump pickups, monitor reports, and coordinate with sites for efficient pump management across our network. The role requires strong documentation discipline and cross-team communication with vendors and site staff to ensure timely actions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year in asset management, plus proficiency with MS Excel/Word and good organizational skills. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year asset management experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and email; proficient PC use.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage pump pick-ups, including outreach to patients and proper documentation of all attempts.
• Proper tracking and reporting of lost pumps and patient billing for lost pumps.
• Monitor and correct OneTrack pump assigning issues, therapy end dates, and pump billing process.
• Provide guidance to local sites to improve pump management performance.
• Monitor and report weekly on sites performing pump scans and related storage bin reconciliations.
• Coordinate with outside vendor (McKesson) on pump management issues with OneTrack.
• Participate in and have camera on for periodic pump management calls and related training calls.
• Observe confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
