Option Care Health LLC is seeking a National Asset Specialist to manage all aspects of equipment and remote pump operations. You will coordinate with sites, track pumps, monitor reports, and assist with maintenance.

The role requires communication with multiple teams and adherence to policies while ensuring accurate documentation. The position emphasizes improving pump management processes, collaborating with McKesson, and participating in periodic calls.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of asset management experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple assignments under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage pump pickups, including outreach to patients and documenting attempts.
• Track and report lost pumps and patient billing for losses.
• Monitor OneTrack for pump assigning issues, therapy end dates, and billing processes.
• Provide guidance to local sites to improve pump management performance.
• Monitor weekly pump scans and biweekly accessory scans across sites.
• Coordinate with McKesson for pump management issues within OneTrack.
