US Med-Equip is seeking an Asset Management Service Representative I to support nurses and clinicians by maintaining medical equipment and ensuring patient-ready readiness in hospital settings.

In this role, you will deliver, collect, clean, and test equipment; perform rounds; provide professional customer service; manage inventory with our tracking system; and adhere to safety and hospital policies while completing USME training.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Deliver, pick up, thoroughly clean and test medical equipment.
• Perform routine hospital rounds to check equipment needs.
• Provide professional customer service to clinicians and respond promptly.
• Establish rapport with hospital staff and anticipate needs.
• Help manage equipment inventory using the tracking system.
• Follow safety rules, report accidents, and identify hazards.
• Document equipment incidents per USME and hospital policies.
• Participate in trainings and stay updated on equipment and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
