Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant business development experience in commercial lending, asset-based lending preferred.
• Established network of referral sources (lenders, bankers, PE firms, brokers).
• Proven ability to source, qualify, structure, and advance commercial finance opportunities.

• Maintain and expand an active referral source network.
• Generate qualified prospect referrals from contacts and networks.
• Interact with prospective borrowers via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify opportunities.
• Attend networking events and engage with industry associations.
• Evaluate deal quality and risks, and advise management.
• Prescreen borrowers against loan policy and guidelines.
• Submit and negotiate financing proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriting, portfolio management, and legal teams to close deals.
