Job summary

Newsela is seeking an Assessment Services Specialist to join their Assessment Services team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for implementation, onboarding, and ongoing advisory services to various accounts. You will work collaboratively with school districts to ensure successful use of Newsela’s assessment products and help bring value to educators.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the K-12 education space, strong communication abilities, and a passion for using assessment to enhance teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, and customer-facing professional services.
• Understanding of formative and interim assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and onboarding for assigned accounts.
• Deliver ongoing advisory and support to deepen customer engagement.
• Manage customer accounts end-to-end.
